Comments |
The insert contains a BamHI, a BglII, and a PstI site. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): SacI--3.0, 2.4; EcoRI/PstI--2.8, 1.9, 0.3, 0.2; BamHI--5.4; XbaI--5.4; HindIII--5.4. The insert includes sequences at which the U5E, U98 (BT13B), CT4, T108 (BT11), U5A, X69B, U5F, X69A and B1 tumors show integration of mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV). This insert maps 5' to the Int-2 coding sequences. The sequence of the 3' BamHI-SacI fragment (413 nucleotides) has been reported. |
